The 2025 Zhangjiang Embodied Intelligence Developer Conference and International Humanoid Robot Skills Competition, themed "Embodied Intelligence, the Future is Here", was successfully held at the Zhangjiang Science Hall in Pudong, Shanghai. As one of the most influential industry events held for four consecutive years, this event brings together more than 200 key enterprises in humanoid robots, embodied intelligence, and the upstream and downstream of the industry chain, as well as over 5000 industry experts, enterprise representatives, and developers. Unlike in the past, this year's event innovatively adopts a three in one new model of "summit+competition+exhibition", with the theme of "open source, openness, and innovation", focusing on technology implementation and ecological construction, accelerating the integration of embodied intelligence into real life.

This event is guided by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology and the Pudong New Area People's Government of Shanghai. It is hosted by the National and Local Collaborative Humanoid Robot Innovation Center (referred to as "Guodi Center") and Shanghai Zhangjiang (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhangjiang Group"), and organized by Shanghai Zhangjiang Humanoid Robot Co., Ltd. and Lide Robot Platform (Robot Lecture Hall). Wu Jincheng, Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai Municipal Government and District Mayor of Pudong New Area, pointed out in his speech that Pudong, as the first leading area for artificial intelligence innovation and application in China and a key hub for embodied intelligent robots in the city, will comprehensively strengthen industrial supporting policies, enhance cooperation in the development of industrial and supply chains, open up and share more super scenarios in mega cities, accelerate the empowerment of embodied intelligent robots in thousands of industries and households, and promote the expansion of embodied intelligence applications in various fields such as manufacturing, services, and social governance.

Li Hui, Deputy District Mayor of Pudong New Area, officially released the high-quality development policy for the robot parts cluster and embodied intelligence industry in Pudong New Area. The city and district jointly issued 16 embodied intelligence industry policies, providing strong support for the development of embodied intelligence industry from multiple levels such as "technological innovation", "application promotion", "scene demonstration", "big model application", "talent guarantee", and "growth assistance", and helping Pudong build a world-class artificial intelligence industry cluster.
